Diagnosed with ADHD or autism as an adult? You're not behind; you've been running without a manual.
Why I coach
I coach late-diagnosed women and neurodivergent professionals to build executive-functioning systems that fit the way their brains actually work, so success stops costing this much.
I became a coach because I understand the unique challenges of navigating the professional world when your brain works differently. Through perseverance and a clear sense of purpose, I transformed my own experiences into a foundation for success. Now I'm committed to helping professionals and leaders like you manage the complexities of neurodivergence, overcome obstacles, and build a thriving, fulfilling career and life.
What is coaching?
Coaching is a partnership. As the International Coaching Federation defines it, coaching is a thought-provoking, creative process that helps you maximize your personal and professional potential, often unlocking strengths you'd lost sight of.
For neurodivergent women especially, that means something specific: not being fixed or managed, but finally working with a brain that's been running without a manual. Together we build executive functioning systems that fit how you actually think, ease the burnout of masking and overcompensating, and turn what you've been told are weaknesses into the strengths they often are.
“Toni helped me enormously in many ways….She broke my goal into small, manageable steps which helped me not try to change everything all at once. Toni is truly a gifted coach. I will certainly continue to use her services in the future as I work on my goals and living well. “ – J.K.
