Why I Coach
I became a coach because I understand the unique challenges of navigating the professional world with a neurodivergent mind. Through perseverance and purpose, I transformed my own experiences into strategies for achieving success and well-being.
Now, my mission is to help leaders and professionals like you overcome obstacles, leverage your strengths, and navigate the complexities of neurodivergence to thrive both personally and professionally. Together, we’ll turn challenges into opportunities for growth and success.Now, I’m dedicated to helping others – YOU? – successfully navigate challenging mental and behavioral health journeys and struggles as a neurodivergent individual.
Professional Experience
I am an ACC-credentialed coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and have completed a postgraduate certification in Positive Psychology and Well-Being Coaching from the College of Executive Coaching, approved by the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) and the National Board of Medical Examiners. I hold an M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Norwich University and a B.S. in Psychology from American International College.
I am also a member of the Asperger/Autism Professional Coaching Association, underscoring my dedication to supporting neurodivergent individuals. In addition, I provide coaching services through the Association for Autism and Neurodiversity, BetterUp, and the Positive Psychology Coaching and Diversity Institute. With nearly three decades of experience in leadership and counseling roles within the non-profit sector, I remain passionate about helping others thrive and reach their full potential.
I am a member of the Global Mental Health Peer Network, an international organization dedicated to empowering individuals with lived experience of mental health conditions. Through capacity-building, peer-to-peer mentorship, and support, the organization fosters personal growth and advocacy within the global mental health community.
